United States of America vs Mox, et al

United States v. Mox, case number 5:21-cr-00406, was a criminal case filed in the Northern District of Ohio on May 27, 2021. The defendants in this case were Thomas Mox, Ryan Casady, Elizabeth Baljak, and Meghan Ilg. The case was terminated on January 13, 2022, when Judge Pamela A. Barker dismissed the charges against all defendants. 

At the arraignment, the defendants waived the reading of the indictment and entered pleas of not guilty to multiple counts, specifically Counts 1, 9-12, and 17-21.
