Robyn Lynn Sztyndor has served as lead healthcare counsel on significant healthcare fraud cases nationwide, providing expert opinions on compliance matters, claim data analytics, and billing and coding issues. Her cases often involve high-profile DOJ investigations, including "Operation Brace Yourself" and "Operation Double Helix." As an expert witness, she has collaborated with prominent law firms and experts to advise on advanced claim data and healthcare regulatory compliance.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Sztyndor serves as the full-time compliance officer for a major multi-specialty healthcare group in Miami, overseeing their compliance and audit functions. Her educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami and dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and International Business from NYU’s Stern School of Business, where she graduated in the top 5% of her class​.
